I’m Ciara James, the Founder and Director of Learning and Academic Strategy at Limitless Learning TT. For more than a decade, I have dedicated my career to transforming the way students learn by helping them move beyond memorisation and develop true understanding, confidence, and long-term academic independence.
My journey as an educator began at age 18 when I started tutoring students while still in secondary school. What began as a natural ability to explain concepts clearly grew into a mission-driven career shaped by more than fifteen years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and academic coaching across the Caribbean, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
My warm, relational teaching style is grounded in my Trinbagonian roots and strengthened by a solid academic foundation. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Morgan State University and a Master of Science in Applied Financial Mathematics from the University of Connecticut. These experiences deepened my commitment to conceptual mastery, analytical thinking, and strategic learning.
As Director of Learning and Academic Strategy, I lead the development of our personalised learning frameworks, instructional methods, and student success systems. My role is focused on ensuring that every learner receives a tailored, high-quality educational experience that supports their strengths while guiding them toward consistent academic growth.
